Luis Eduardo Bernal Jaller
Mr. Bernal, has been a director since April 1st, 2010 and was elected as Co-Chairman of the Board on November 12th, 2010 and is considered a promoter of the Company. Mr. Bernal has also served as Co-Chief Executive Officer since November 12th, 2010.Mr. Bernal brings over 30 years of experience in fields ranging from international banking to real estate, manufacturing, media distribution and politics. His political experience started in 1986 as an advisor to the Colombian Ambassador in Ecuador. Mr. Bernal was a founding participant of the Fundacion Colombia in 1987, a non-profit organization dedicated to the assistance and support of Colombian residents in Ecuador.

In 1991, he became a director of the Colombian and Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as a member of the Committee for the Bilateral Colombia-Ecuador Commercial Treaty. Mr. Bernal also served as a Diplomatic Counselor of Colombia in Ecuador from 1993 to 1995. In 1983, he became the director for GrupoTelevisa Quito in Ecuador, where he was a founding participant of the marketing and media distribution companies Disandes, Vanipubli and Samra. In 1995, Mr. Bernal became the Bordier Bank representative in Ecuador, establishing commercial and new accounts for this prestigious financial institution. From 1996 to 2000 he was a director/founder of the first equestrian vaulting academy in Wellington, Florida. Mr. Bernal founded Leber Investments, LLC in March 2005, a real estate investment portfolio management company located in Palm Beach County, Florida dedicated to the creation and management of real estate investment portfolios in both Latin America and South Florida, of which he is still the Managing Director. Most recently, he was a founding director of Latin Power Group, Inc. (“LPG”), a Florida corporation incorporated on June 3rd, 2009, located in Palm Beach County, Florida, the focus of which was to create market opportunities for generating green electricity with hydrokinetic systems. Such company has been recently dissolved in connection with the principals of LPG becoming members of HAE’s Board of Directors. Mr. Bernal is the brother-in-law of Luciano Jose Garcia-Baylleres, one of our directors.

Mark Antonucci
Mr. Antonucci, has served on the Board of Directors and in the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer since the Company’s in caption and was elected as Co-Chairman of the Board on November 12th, 2010. Mr. Antonucci was appointed as the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officer on November 12th, 2010 and he is considered a promoter of the Company. He is responsible for the supervision of all financial activities as well as all mergers and/or acquisitions the Company may effect.

Mr. Antonucci brings close to twenty years of financial experience as well as extensive management training and experience to his positions with the company. Mr. Antonucci was in charge of the technical security department of Shearson Lehman Hutton, Greenwich Street office NY, NY from 1987 to 1990. While there, he supervised the installation and programming of security (access control), fire, video systems and all secured areas and further developed a maintenance control system for all the security systems, which included the fire, access control, video and the secured vault for such office. During his time at such firm, Mr. Antonucci was recognized by senior management for his efforts and entered its management training program, informally referred to as “SOAR”, where the select few in such program were trained and mentored by the senior management in different areas of the business. After leaving Shearson, Mr. Antonucci then joined Cowen and Co. in 1990 where he was involved in the purchase and sales of mortgage backed securities. During his term with Cowen and Co. Mr. Antonucci was recruited by Hanover Sterling, a small boutique brokerage firm in NYC. Mr. Antonucci started working with Hanover in 1990 and continued for several years working his way up the management ladder and was transferred to run Hanover’s Florida branch. Mr. Antonucci resigned from Hanover in 1998 and in 1998 founded Millenium Capital Consulting Corporation where he served as CEO to this financial consulting firm, which specialized in corporate management, corporate restructuring, and mergers and/or acquisitions. Mr. Antonucci then served from 1998 to 2003 as CEO/CFO of Method Products Corp., a Florida corporation, a telecommunications company which sold, installed and maintained computer networks and phone systems as well as other peripheral areas. Method Products Corp., located in Broward County, Florida, was initially a private company when Mr. Antonucci started with the company. Mr. Antonucci was responsible for all corporate activities which included but was not limited to mergers and acquisitions, of which there were several, all financial responsibilities and duties such as overseeing all the audits and other activities associated with the company becoming public. Mr. Antonucci resigned as CEO/CFO in 2002 and went on to becoming the CEO of Anto Marketing, Inc., a Florida corporation located in Palm Beach County Florida which was a financial advising firm specializing in financial consulting for the small to medium businesses. In 2007, Mr. Antonucci started working with AT&T and was responsible for residential sales and sales representatives specializing in internet connectivity, home phone lines and television services. In 2005, Mr. Antonucci filed for personal bankruptcy protection. Mr. Antonucci through his career received specialized training and licensing, such as the Series 7 brokerage license in 1990, the Series 24 the brokerage supervision/management license in 1994, as well as other licenses, and currently holds the Florida 215 health, life and variable annuity license.

Enrique Pallares
Mr. Pallares, has been a director since April 1st, 2010and he is considered a promoter of the Company. Mr. Pallares was appointed as the Company’s President on November 12th, 2010. Mr. Pallares brings more than 25 years of entrepreneurship and international business acumen to the Company. He has founded multiple successful businesses and has extensive management and expertise ranging from online publishing in Latin-America to underbanked and unbanked financial solutions as well as adventure sports enterprises and mobile payment solution systems. Beginning with the Ecuador Club 4x4 he founded in 1985, a not-for-profit Ecuadorian corporation involved in the organization and operation of four wheel drive racing events, Mr. Pallares has gone on to found many other ventures.

He started Mueble Integral S.A. in 1986, a company incorporated in Ecuador involved in the business of making modular cabinets and doors for the construction industry which he sold in 1990. After such sale, he bought an interest in Expediciones Andinas, an adventure tour operator in Ecuador, and served as such company’s director of international promotion until he sold his interest in 1992. From 1988 until 1994, he represented Exytren America, Inc., a Colorado based company that produced controlled combustion additives for fossil fuels, serving as such company’s Ecuadorian commercial representative. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Pallares was employed by Diario HOY Media Group in Quito, Ecuador, serving in several executive and director positions within certain of its related portfolio companies. Starting in early 1994 through approximately mid-1998, he was the Executive Director of Servitados, a portfolio company involved in the handling and storage of databases and historical archives. He led the launch in approximately November 1994 of Diario HOY online, a division of Servitados and the very first online newspaper in Latin America for which he served as its Executive Director until approximately August 2002. In 1997, Mr. Pallares founded Hoy.Net, an internet service provider and subsidiary of the media group holding company and in 1998, was appointed Executive Director of Hoy.Net, a position in which he served through approximately January 2001. In 1999, he was responsible for duplicating the audio text part subsidiary of the HOY Media Group and growing such business in Bolivia, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina and Chile, of which he was in charge through approximately August 2002. In August 2004, Mr. Pallares founded Unlimited Diversity, Inc., a Florida corporation located in Wellington, Fl, which was a stored value card product and services Development Company that catered to underbanked/unbanked Hispanic immigrants who send remittances to their homelands. He holds a U.S. patent relating to money remittances utilizing debit cards and utilized such patent in the operation of such business. He served as President of such company until September 2008 when it ceased operations due to the ensuing bank credit crisis. In September 2005, Mr. Pallares founded Global Technologies Investment Inc., a Florida corporation located in Wellington, Florida that developed mobile payment and mobile transaction platform solutions. He served with such company as a director until approximately early 2009 when the decision was made to cease operations after planned funding from a third party funding source did not materialize in the wake of the global financial crisis. Most recently, Mr. Pallares was also a founding director of LPG. In addition to these business ventures, and as an extension of his passion and hobby, he started his own polo company, Pallares Polo Inc., a Florida corporation, in July 2005, located in Palm Beach County, Fl, which is involved with organizing and operating various polo sports activities throughout the U.S.

Mark Leber
Mr. Leber, has been a valued employee of the Company since May 1st, 2010 and was elected to the Board of Directors on March 4th, 2011. Mr. Leber is considered a promoter of the Company. In 2003 Mr. Leber formed DataEze a sole proprietorship located in Boca Raton Florida which specializes in the systems design, engineering, planning, analyzing, analysis as well as the implementation of the communication and/or data systems. Mr. Leber served as the Chief Technical Officer at Method Products Corp., a Florida Corporation from July 2001 to January 2003 which was a multi-service business communications systems company specializing in the custom design, installation and service of total communications network systems, including computer telephone integration, fiber optic cabling and video conferencing, among other network systems, for various businesses. Mr. Leber earned his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Villanova University with concentrations in Opto-Electronics (Solar-Green Energy), Power Systems, Micro-electronic Fabrication, Audio Engineering, Semiconductor Theory, and Integrated Circuit Applications.

Luciano J. Garcia-Baylleres
Mr. Garcia, has been a director since April 1st, 2010 and is considered a promoter of the Company. Mr. Garcia brings more than 14 years of executive level experience leading the financial department of a full service leasing company as well as general management experience in technology and transport companies. For the past 13 years he has held various executive positions for Bancolombia Group, which is part of the Grupo Empresarial Antioqueno, a multi-faceted holding company involved in numerous industries and businesses. From 1998 to the present, he has served in various divisions and companies comprising the Group, bringing strategic focus and development in each position held.

From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Garcia worked as a Financial and Administrative Manager for Renting Colombia S.A., a startup company in Medellin Colombia, which provided full leasing services for fleets of vehicles and trucks. From July 2001 to November 2006, he served as the General Manager/Country Manager for TODO1 Colombia S.A., a startup company headquartered in Miami, Fl., which provided internet transaction services to Bancolombia, Banco Mercantil de Venezuela and Banco Pichincha del Ecuador. From November 2006 until May 2008, Mr. Garcia served as the CEO of Mision Empresarial S.A., located in Medellin, Colombia, one of the 8 largest temporary worker placement companies in Colombia at such time. In June 2008, he became the General Manager for Taspor TempS.A., located in Medellin, Colombia, a company primarily dedicated to the transport of bulk cement and mining materials, and in October 2009 was transferred to his current position as the Corporate Vehicle Unit Director for Leasing Bancolombia, which is part of Colombia’s largest financial group. In such position, Mr. Garcia is in charge of managing more than two billion dollars’ worth of financial credits for vehicles, helping create a strategy and integration for three of Bancolumbia’s subsidiaries (Leasing Bancolombia, Sufi and Renting Colombia) and implementing new products in order to complete a full financial vehicle portfolio, which includes different forms of lease, credit and renting options for vehicles. Mr. Garcia is the brother-in-law of Luis Eduardo Bernal-Jaller, one of our directors.

Sayyu Dantata
Mr. Dantata, has served on the Board of Directors since March 4th, 2011. He was born and raised in Kano, Nigeria. His great grandfather, Alhassan Dantata, was the legendary business icon and founder of the Dantata business dynasty. Primary and secondary education was completed in Kano and both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees were completed at Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA. After concluding his formal education, Mr. Dantata returned to Nigeria to manage the transportation department of Dangote Group.

After a few short years, he started his journey in the energy sector by starting a small station that filled cooking gas cylinders. Being experienced in the transportation business, Mr. Dantata started a logistics company, MRS (Nig) Ltd. that was focused on shipping petroleum products. The company quickly grew to become a group of companies involved in shipping, trading, drilling and manufacturing of petroleum products. As CEO of MRS Holdings Limited, (“MRS”) he is responsible for working with the MRS leadership team to bring high-value petroleum products and solutions to MRS clients, and for growing the business into other non-petroleum energy sectors. Two years ago, Mr. Dantata led the effort to further fund the company and successfully obtained financing to purchase Chevron’s downstream and lube manufacturing operations in West Africa. MRS plans and continues to build on its their goal of increasing its leadership position as the premier supplier of petroleum based products in West Africa. From the ground up, Mr. Dantata has built MRS into a multi-billion dollar company. Under his leadership, MRS has been honored with many business leadership awards for being a leader in innovative marketing techniques, adaptation of state of the art technology and foresight in predicting trends in the Nigerian economy and businesses.

Holly Landau
Mrs. Landau, has served on the Board of Directors since the inception of the Company and she is considered a promoter of the Company. As one of the founding directors of HAE, Ms. Landau brings her executive-level skills of teambuilding and collaboration to the HAE team. She has successfully led teambuilding, corporate board visioning sessions, and professional development training sessions throughout the U.S., Canada, Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. As a former U.S. Army Officer serving mostly at the Pentagon, she served in various roles including spokesperson for the Department of Defense during Desert Storm. She earned a Meritorious Service Medal for her accomplishments while serving in the Public Affairs Office of the Secretary of the Army.

Joel Haas
Mr. Haas's professional experience covers many diverse areas including start-up business development and engineering product development. He co-founded the product development company Parametric Solutions, Inc. and has been the chief engineer responsible for the design, analysis and manufacture of a variety of products from gas turbines for aerospace industry leading clients such as GE, United Technologies and Rolls Royce to consumer products for manufacturers such as Rubbermaid, Bauch & Lomb and M. Kamenstein.

While leading Parametric Solutions as the founder and chief engineer since March 1993, Mr. Haas specialized in corporate strategy, contracts, financial planning, staffing and overseeing all product development projects. From April 1989 to March 1993, Mr. Haas worked at General Electric Aircraft Engines where he lead the design and oversaw the manufacture of many of the components in the engines that power the both the Boeing 747 and 767. From May 1985 to April 1993, Mr. Haas worked at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines where he designed and oversaw the manufacture of many of the components in the engines that power the both the U.S. Air Force F15 and F16. From 1980 to 1985, Mr. Haas worked at various positions as a mechanical designer and draftsman while attending Pennsylvania State University full time to earn his BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Carolyn Marsh
Mrs. Marsh has extensive experience in finance as well as the energy industry, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to project identification and development. She has 20 years’ experience in the energy industry, as well as being a certified public accountant since 1980.
In 2006 and until 2007 Mrs. Marsh moved to Tenska Capital Management in Omaha Nebraska as Vice President and was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and negotiating power investments.

Between 2000 and 2006, she served as a Senior Vice President at Calpine Corporation located in San Jose, CA. Being responsible for executing all merger and acquisition business for the Company, Mrs. Marsh was involved in identifying strategic acquisitions, supervising all due diligence, and negotiating all aspects of the transaction with the principals of the target company. From 1997 to 2000, Mrs. Marsh was the Vice President for Reliant Energy Power Generation Inc., a Reliant Energy Company, in Houston, Texas, with responsibility for leading numerous strategic acquisition teams. She was assigned to assist other developers in assessing and minimizing risk, improving structures and optimizing assets post-acquisition. From 1995 to 1997, she worked as the Vice President and CFO for Mosbacher Power Group in Houston, Texas where she was responsible for all aspects of power project development, including identification, evaluation, and negotiation of agreements, including those with lenders, review of financial projections and coordination of contracts. From 1993 to 1995,Mrs. Marsh worked for Enron Development Corp. in Houston, Texas, where she was a Principal, Vice President and General Manager of Finance. Her responsibilities included all aspects of structuring, financial evaluation and due diligence for all of the Company’s international development projects, with a concentration on optimizing tax and accounting structure while satisfying local country regulatory and other business related matters. Together with legal department representative, she was responsible for risk identification, mitigation and disclosure to the upper Enron Corp. management. Her decision to leave was due mostly to dissatisfaction with arrangements being contemplated in the formation of Enron Global Power and Pipelines which ultimately failed and exposed an overly optimistic view of various international projects.

Dr. McGillis’ work involves interdisciplinary science and engineering.

His focus is on understanding surface processes and the coupling between aqueous, land, and atmospheric systems. In particular, his work focused on the role of CO2 and GHG exchange on local and global carbon cycles. Dr. McGillis is a member of Columbia University’s Geochemistry Division at Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory and is also a member of such university’s Earth and Environmental Engineering Department. Professional Societies: American Geophysical Union; American Meteorological Society; American Society of Mechanical Engineers; American Physical Society. Professional Preparation: In 1994 Dr. McGillis received his Postdoctoral Scholar from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Woods Hole, MA.; in 1993, he received his Ph.D., Mechanical Engineering, from University of California, Berkeley, CA.; in 1990,he received his M.S., Mechanical Engineering, University of California, Berkeley, CA.; in 1988, Dr. McGillis received his B.S., (magna cum laude), Mech. From 1988 to 1993 was a Research Assistant, Department of Mech. Field of Specialization: Environmental Science and Engineering. Research interests include the transport and processing of GHG and pollutants in and between the air, water, land systems, and urban infrastructure. Activities include: air-water surface exchange of carbon dioxide, particles, heat, and momentum in estuary, marsh, coastal, and global oceans; carbon and energy transfer in submerged aquatic vegetation beds; atmospheric carbon transport in urban an exurban systems; fundamentals of green roof performances; oxygen productivity and calcification fluxes in acidifying reefal systems.

Evgeny Nemirovsky
Mr. Nemirovsky is a professional engineer with experience in civil engineering and water resources. He is currently a Project Engineer with Environmental Water Resources division of Whitney, Bailey, Cox, & Magnani, LLC (“WBCM”), a full service architectural and consulting engineering firm in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Nemirovsky had previously worked in power generation industry, delivering civil engineering solutions for the new power generating facilities along with the environmental compliance / retrofit projects. Mr. Nemirovsky holds a B. Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell and a M. Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He had conducted academic research and published journal articles on green infrastructure.
